If you placed your order after 9:00 AM, we will contact you within two hours to arrange payment methods and delivery times.

If you placed your order after 6:00 PM, we will contact you the next day before 12:00 PM.

The delivery time will depend on the delivery schedule for your region by Nova Poshta.

We guarantee to ship your ordered goods on the date promised when placing your order*.

*except Sundays and public holidays, when Nova Poshta delivery service is closed.
