✔ Wait for a call from a manager decoracia.store to confirm your order.

✔ Receive a message in WhatsApp chat with your payment details (card number).

✔ Pay the order amount using your preferred payment method.

✔ Receive a notification (in WhatsApp chat) when your payment has been credited to our account and the date your paid order will be shipped.

To cancel your order and request a refund, please submit a request using your preferred payment method - using one of our contact information.

Your request will be processed, and your refund will be processed within 21 banking days.
