You can pay for your order online on the website using the Plata by Mono payment system.

✔ When placing an order on the website, select "Online Payment Plata by Mono" in the Payment Method.

✔ Confirm your order. After confirmation, you will be redirected to the Plata by Mono system page.

There, after entering your payment details, you can pay for your order.

✔ Wait for a call from a decoracia.store manager to confirm your order.

✔ Receive a notification (in WhatsApp chat) that the payment has been credited to our details and the date your paid order will be shipped.

To cancel your order and request a refund, please submit a request using any convenient method - using one of our contact information.

Your request will be processed, and the refund to your payment card will be processed within 21 banking days.
