Delivery by DPD courier

Orders are shipped via DPD.

✔ Place your order on the website or via WhatsApp.

✔ When placing an order on the website, select the "Courier delivery to the specified address" delivery method,

Please provide the recipient's name, surname, contact phone number, city and courier delivery address.

✔ Confirm your order.

✔ Wait for a message from the decoracia.store manager to coordinate your order.

✔ The waybill number will be provided in the WhatsApp notification.

✔ Track the status of your shipment.

✔ When the parcel reaches your town, a DPD employee will contact you to arrange the delivery time to the address indicated in the order.

✔ Wait for the DPD courier and collect your parcel (passport or ID card required).

✔ The integrity of the shipment and the completeness of the goods must be checked on site.
